Facilities Field Guide is an independent guide to the maintenance and compliance software that smaller regulated facilities actually use — written from the facilities and life safety side of the house, not the marketing department.
Who writes it
Facilities Field Guide is written by Chris Gaitanis, a hospital facilities and life safety manager. Chris works in hospital facilities and maintenance management, with a heavy focus on life safety compliance: fire doors, smoke barriers, fire and smoke dampers, fire extinguishers, exit signs, and inspection logs and documentation.
